How do I activate my service on Reach Mobile?

Not into videos? No prob! Here's the step-by-step process:


Step 1: Get nice and comfy!

Find a cozy spot with reliable WiFi coverage and settle in. This should take about 15 minutes.

Step 2: Download Reach Mobile's app and sign in

The login information will be the same account you created at the start of the sign up process.

Step 3: Click on "Activate Now" and confirm your device is unlocked

Before you activate, we want to make sure you’ve verified your phone is unlocked and compatible with the Reach network. Check out this blog post on getting your device ready for Reach.

Step 4: Confirm your device details

Double check your IMEI is entered correctly and hit Next.

Step 5: Scan the barcode on the back of the SIM card

Locate your Welcome Kit, take out that SIM card, and flip the card around to scan the back.

Bringing your number over to Reach (aka porting)? Be sure to enter your current carrier account information! This includes your account number, the PIN/password created when you first signed up with them, and your billing zip code. Then click Next.

Starting fresh with a new number? Scroll down to the bottom and click next!

Step 6: Give your information one more glance over

Looks good? Click on Activate.

Step 7: A brief waiting game

It can take anywhere from five minutes to two hours for your line to become active on Reach. This depends on whether you are porting or getting a new number.

We'll notify you when you're active on Reach through a push notification via your app as well as an email. Now you can go ahead and pop in your SIM!
