How do I add and manage multiple eSIM lines on Reach Mobile?

Adding and managing multiple lines on your Reach Mobile app is easy! Here’s how:

Step 1: Go to your account on the Reach Mobile app.

Step 2: Go to Add/Manage Lines and click on the ‘+’ button to add a line.

Step 3: Follow the on-screen prompts. If the phone is eSIM compatible, you can opt for an eSIM as your preference. 

Step 4: Your new estimated monthly statement will pop up. Agree to the new charges and then you will be asked to proceed with the payment for the additional line.  

Step 5: To activate the secondary eSIM, follow the steps on How to Install an eSIM Profile 

Step 6: A Reach Digital Activation Kit will be sent to the added line.
