Downloading and installing the Reach Mobile eSIM profile is quick and super easy.
First, ensure you have an active Wi-Fi connection on your device. Once you set your profile up on your device, be sure to check the ‘I have completed the eSIM setup’ box on your Reach Mobile app or website!
If you own an iPhone, follow these steps:
- Go to Settings, then Cellular
- Select Add Cellular Plan
- Open and point your phone camera at the QR code received on your registered email, then wait until you see ‘Installing Cellular Plan’.
- Your eSIM profile will validate that it is installed and ready to use.
If you own an Android phone, follow these steps:
- On your phone with a stable WiFi connection, go to Settings, then Connections
- Click on SIM card managers
- Click on Add mobile plan
- If no plans are found on the phone, then, scan the carrier QR code received on your registered email address.
- Your eSIM profile will validate that it is installed and ready to use.
If you own a Samsung phone, follow the following steps:
- First, ensure your phone has a stable internet connection.
- Go to Settings, then Connections
- Click on SIM card managers
- Click on Add eSIM
- If no plans are found on the phone, then, scan carrier QR code received on your registered email address.
- Your eSIM profile will validate that it is installed and ready to use.
