Before you contact us, we ask that you check the following:

  1. Are you receiving any activation notifications from Reach?
  2. Did you receive and insert your Reach SIM card?
  3. Did your device pass the compatibility check?
  4. Are you in the middle of a port-in (transferring your number to Reach) or have you yet to do so?
