What's your referral program?

Get a free month of service when you refer your friends and family to Reach! When they activate, both you and your friend will receive a free month.

To start referring, click on Referral Credit within Account on the Reach Mobile app. There’s currently no limit to how much referral credit you can earn, so keep #sharingthelove to keep earning free service! 

As the Referrer

When your friend activates their line, you’ll receive an immediate credit amount relative to your current line value ($35, $45, $60 or $75). If you’re enrolled in the $45 Moderate plan and a referred friend activates, you’ll receive $45 in Reach credit which will be applied to your next bill- you’ll just have to pay taxes and fees. Because your Reach service is paid using autopay, the correct amount will be charged to your card automatically at the end of the billing cycle.

In the case where your Reach credit exceeds your bill (due to qualifying for a Best Fit discount or receiving multiple referral credits), the credit will cover your taxes/fees and the remaining credit will carry over to the next month, and the next, and so on. 

And if you’re a group member and you refer someone, your group owner will receive the credit towards your group bill (make sure they thank you!).

99% of the time we’ll issue your credit immediately upon your friend’s activation, but it can take as long as 90 days.

We consider a “referral” a new line on a new plan. Adding a line to an existing plan is not a “referral” in our book.

As the Referee

When you sign up and activate your new Reach Mobile service, you will receive an immediate credit amount relative to your current line value ($35, $45, $60 or $75). If you activate on the $45 Moderate plan, you’ll receive $45 in Reach credit immediately and your first Reach Mobile service bill will be just a few dollars worth of taxes and fees.

In the case where your Reach credit exceeds your bill (due to qualifying for a Best Fit discount), the credit will cover your taxes/fees and the remaining credit will carry over to the next month.
