What should I do if my SIM is stolen, damaged, or never arrives?*

If your Welcome Kit was damaged in transit, stolen by your jealous neighbor, or simply not delivered, please reach out to Customer Success.

We will be able to track your package and check the delivery status for you. If necessary, we’ll send you a replacement Welcome Kit and SIM at no charge.
