What happens if my bill payment is late? Is there a grace period?

Although your bill is due on the 10th of each month, we do offer a little wiggle room for late payments. We will also send warnings out in advance when you are approaching your due date.

If you pay your bill late, your account may be impacted and you will incur late charges as follows:

Data speeds are throttled
(and in some cases, we may suspend your account)

$10 or 1.5% (whichever is higher)
19th Account is suspended $10 or 1.5% (whichever is higher)
21st Account is disconnected $15 per line to reactivate
21st (of the following month) Phone number is lost $15 per line if we are able to reactivate
