Although your bill is due on the 10th of each month, we do offer a little wiggle room for late payments. We will also send warnings out in advance when you are approaching your due date.
If you pay your bill late, your account may be impacted and you will incur late charges as follows:

21st | Line is disconnected (no access to Voice, SMS or Data). This will incur an additional $15 reactivation fee (per line) to reconnect |
21st (next month) | Phone number is lost |
