Although your bill is due on the 10th of each month, we do offer a little wiggle room for late payments. We will also send warnings out in advance when you are approaching your due date.
- 10th of the month - your bill is due
- 11th of the month - we throttle your speeds*
- 19th of the month - your account will be hotlined
- 21st of the month - your account will be disconnected
*if we suspect that the bill was not paid due to fraudulent reasons, we may also hotline your account on this date.
