What happens if I sign up before or after the billing cycle date?

We think you should only pay for what you use. We always prorate your first month's bill (but never your data!).

In other words, you’ll only pay for the days of service that your plan was activated, but you’ll still have access to the full data amount. We’re nice like that :)

Our billing starts on the 7th of each month. If your estimated monthly bill is $60 and you activate on September 22, your first bill will run from September 22 to October 6 (that’s 15 days). Since your 30-day bill is $60 (breaks down to $2/day), your first bill (only 15 days) will be $30. Phew!
