How does the Best Fit feature work?

If you’re subscribed to The Basic, Moderate, or People’s Choice, on the 7th of each month we’ll calculate the total amount of data you used and adjust your bill to the least expensive plan based on your data usage.

Does the Best Fit feature apply to all plans?

The Best Fit feature applies to our "sharable" plans: The Basic, The Moderate and The People's Choice. This feature does not apply to The-All In (unlimited) plan, but you do have the option to change from the All-In to one of our sharable plans at the start of the next billing cycle.

If you're subscribed to The People’s Choice (10GB for $60) but only used 4GB, we’ll only charge you for The Moderate (5GB at $45).

- You don’t even have to think about it, we just do it automatically.

- The following month, you’ll still be enrolled in your original plan (but you are eligible for Best Fit plan adjustment every billing cycle).

For those who need freedom from worry, our unlimited plan offers up to 20GB of high speed data. We’ll never shut you off or force you to buy more data (you can if you want to), but speeds will likely slow down after the 20GB mark.

We’re transparent about this because we want you to make an informed decision.
