A couple of troubleshooting steps to try:
- Turn your phone completely off, then back on.
- If you are on WiFi, turn WiFi off then retry your phone call. If WiFi calling is enabled, this may cause an interference if it's not working properly.
- If you are facing issues dialing a phone number, ensure the phone number is valid. If it's a non-US phone number, this requires a special feature to be turned on to dial out. Visit our FAQ on how to enable International Calling here.
