What if I do not receive the QR code?

If you’re unable to locate the activation email carrying your unique QR code in your inbox or spam folder, don’t worry!

You can go to ‘My Account’ on the Reach Mobile app and initiate the process of resending the eSIM Digital Welcome Kit to your registered email address*. If you continue to face issues and need assistance, contact our Customer Success team for a solution. 

 
*Note: By requesting a new QR code, any previous QR codes generated prior to the new request will be disabled. Please be sure you allow up to 15 minutes to pass between requests to receive your QR code in your inbox.
