What happens to my billing cycle after I get a Reach Mobile eSIM?

If you’ve signed up for a brand-new Reach Mobile eSIM connection, then your billing cycle starts on the day you activate your number (with either a new one or by transferring your number over from a previous carrier).

Once you successfully activate, your billing cycle will begin. This does not depend on installing the eSIM profile! You will receive the eSIM activation QR code in your inbox once your first month's payment is successful.  

If you’re an existing Reach Mobile customer and are simply swapping your physical SIM with an eSIM, there will be no impact on your billing cycle.
