My trip ended two months ago but I am still receiving International Roaming PayGo (or pay-as-you-go) charges for Voice and SMS. Why?

Once your travel is over, we charge you based on the usage reports we get from our partnering service providers in the countries you traveled. These usage reports are sometimes delayed up to a few months, hence the delayed charges.

International Roaming is only available on new 5G network accounts
