My travel plans have been canceled. How do I cancel International Roaming? Are there charges associated with canceling?

To cancel International Roaming follow the instructions below:

Step 1: Open the Reach Mobile app and click on Services to open International Roaming 

Step 2: Click on the Manage International Roaming section 

Step 3: Select the trip you wish to cancel.

Step 4: Click on Cancel trip. (It would be great if you could add a reason for the cancelation to help us improve our service)  

Step 5: Confirm the cancelation.
