If I get a new device and want to put my Reach SIM in it, will it start working automatically or do I need to change any settings in the app?
As long as your new device is compatible and certified to use with Reach Mobile's network, all details will automatically detect and update your device profile. If you notice something funky going on or if there is any network issue, please give us a call and we can help resolve the issue.
