I was unable to recieve my order on the date of delivery, can I reschedule the delivery?

If you're not available on the scheduled delivery day, the delivery agent will contact you to reschedule.

 If delivery fails again, the order will be returned to us. Upon receiving the product, we'll refund the total amount, minus shipping costs. Keep in mind, if you bought mobile service with the device, that amount won't be refunded.
