There are two ways! You can launch the Reach app and click on "Continue with Email" to help reset your password, or reset your password on our website.
From the Reach Mobile website:
- Visit www.reachmobile.com and click on "Sign in" from the top right-hand corner.
- Select "Forgot password?" and enter in the email address associated with your active Reach Mobile account.
- Wait 30 seconds, then check your email for a password reset link.
- Didn't receive an email? Double check your spam folder and retry to enter your email address. Contact Customer Success for further support if the email has not been received.
- Click on the link to be redirected to our site for entering in a new Reach Mobile password.
- Your password must have a minimum of 8 characters and contain at least one number.
From the Reach Mobile app:
- Select "Forgot Password?" and enter in the email address associated with your active Reach Mobile account.
- Did you use a Google, Facebook, or Apple account to log in directly through the app? Be sure to reset your password on the provider's site directly, then attempt to log in to the app again.
- You will receive a pop up confirmation stating an email was sent to you.
- Wait 30 seconds, then check your email for a password reset link.
- Didn't receive an email? Double check your spam folder and retry to enter your email address. Contact Customer Success for further support if the email has not been received.
- Click on the link to be redirected to our site for entering in a new Reach Mobile password.
- Your password must have a minimum of 8 characters and contain at least one number.
