How do I know my service is live?
Once you’re live on Reach, you’ll receive notifications as well as in-app messaging letting you know you’re set!
If you aren’t receiving notifications, but you’ve completed the steps outlined in your Welcome Kit, go ahead and put in your new SIM.
After you’ve inserted the SIM, you will see a little 5G or LTE symbol in the upper left corner of your device. Go ahead and call your friend, send a text or visit your favorite site to confirm everything is working as it should!
If you’ve inserted your SIM card and received notifications from Reach, but your service still isn’t active, switch your Wifi on and off by toggling the Airplane mode. That will disconnect and reconnect your phone to the towers. Now, you should be good to go!
