How do I activate my Reach Mobile eSIM?

To activate your Reach Mobile eSIM, follow these easy steps:

Step 1: Sign up for service* on Reach Mobile’s website and select ‘eSIM’ as your SIM preference. Be sure to have your eSIM-compatible device with you!  

*Have an existing account? Convert your physical SIM to eSIM by contacting our Customer Success team. 

Step 2: Begin activation*! Once your activation completes, you’ll receive an email with a unique QR code to use to install your eSIM profile.  

*Why do I have to activate before receiving the eSIM QR code?  

Good question! Activation confirms your device IMEI, allows you to select your number preference (by transferring your number over to Reach or generating a new one), and starts your billing cycle by collecting your first month’s payment.  

Step 3: Go to Settings > Cellular > Add Cellular Plan on your iPhone. And on your Android device, go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network > Advanced > Carrier > Add carrier. 

Then, use your phone camera to scan the QR code sent to your registered email address and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the activation process.
