Do I need to have the Reach app on my phone for my service to work?

In order to activate your service, you do need the app. After that, it’s up to you, but we highly recommend having the app installed on your phone.

It’s the one-stop location for viewing your data usage, changing your plan, adding lines, seeing your social impact, updating billing information and more. You can also enable notifications for important account updates, and easily reach Customer Success if you need us.
