My International Roaming was deactivated when I entered a PayGo country but I still incurred an International Roaming bill. Why?

We deactivate your service the instant we receive a report (from our partnering service provider in that country) notifying us of your PayGo location.

However, sometimes there is a delay in receiving this report. Before we are able to deactivate your service, if you happen to make any calls or send SMSes to anyone, you will be charged the PayGo rate and that is the charge that you are seeing on your bill.
