# I was on Google Fi and switched to Reach. Why won't my calls and texts work on my iPhone?

## You'll need to reset your APN settings by going into Settings on your iPhone and removing the additional profile

When you joined Google Fi, you manually updated the APN Settings to h2g2. In order to fully remove yourself from Google Fi, you'll need to go to Settings and remove the additional profile associated with Google Fi.
