How long does it take to activate an eSIM?

Please remain on Wi-Fi to ensure you receive notifications when your QR code has been sent to your email address*. During this period, your current eSIM and/or existing physical SIM card will continue to work.

If you are an active Reach Mobile customer, your physical SIM card will continue to work until you install the eSIM profile. 

*Note: It is crucial that you scan the QR code and install the eSIM profile immediately upon receiving the confirmation for activation.
