You can launch the Reach app and click on "Continue with Email" to help reset your password, or reset your password on our website. **From the Reach Mobile website:** - Visit www.reachmobile.com and click on "Sign in" from the top right-hand corner. - Select "Forgot password?" and enter in the email address associated with your active Reach Mobile account. - Wait 30 seconds, then check your email for a password reset link. - Didn't receive an email? Double check your spam folder and retry to enter your email address. Contact Customer Success for further support if the email has not been received. - Click on the link to be redirected to our site for entering in a new Reach Mobile password.  - Your password must have a minimum of 8 characters and contain at least one number.   **From the Reach Mobile app:** - Select "Forgot Password?" and enter in the email address associated with your active Reach Mobile account. - Did you use a Google, Facebook, or Apple account to log in directly through the app? Be sure to reset your password on the provider's site directly, then attempt to log in to the app again. - You will receive a pop up confirmation stating an email was sent to you. - Wait 30 seconds, then check your email for a password reset link. - Didn't receive an email? Double check your spam folder and retry to enter your email address.
