Does Reach reduce video streaming quality?

If you want more high-speed data, you can make changes right within your Reach Mobile app. You can either purchase a data pack (0.5GB for $5) or you can increase your data allotment by switching to a higher GB plan.

If you’re currently on the Best Fit™ 2GB plan, you can upgrade to the Best Fit™ 5GB plan.

If you're on the Best Fit™ 10GB plan, you can upgrade to the Best Fit™ 15GB plan.

*If you are on the Best Fit™ 2GB, 5GB, 10GB or 15GB plan and use all of your allotted data: Your data will be paused for the remainder of the billing cycle or until you purchase additional GBs or upgrade your plan.

*If you are on the Unlimited plan (25+GB) and use all of your allotted data: Your speeds will be throttled from 5G/4G to 2G once you cross 25GB.
