What can I do if I need some more time to pay the bill?

Set up a payment agreement to buy extra time to pay your bills after the due date.

Setting a Pay Later date is super easy. To set a Pay Later date, simply launch your Reach Mobile app, click on Billing >> Set a Pay Later date, and choose a date.

The Pay Later date cannot be later than 11 days after due date. Once you set a Pay Later date, you may pay on or before the chosen date. However as per our non-payment policy, a $10 late fee will apply on top of your overdue bill amount.

Reminders will be sent to you before the Pay Later date. Please make sure your payment information is current. The card on file will be automatically charged on the Pay Later date. Please note that you may experience slower data speeds or service interruptions while the payment is pending.
